How do preorders work?
We’re so excited for you to get your hands on your Little Minds Magnetic Alphabet Tiles!
As a small, family-owned business, we release our products in carefully planned batches. Preordering allows you to secure your set from our upcoming release before it arrives.
We know waiting isn’t always easy, especially when you’re excited for something new! That’s why we want to make the whole process as simple and transparent as possible.
How it works
Simply place your preorder through our website as you normally would. Payment is collected at checkout, and you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Your magnetic alphabet tiles are currently being prepared for our upcoming release. Each set includes 56 magnetic alphabet tiles and 20 learning activity sheets, thoughtfully designed to make learning through play fun and engaging.
We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your preorder, including any changes to our expected dispatch timeframe.
Once your order is ready, we’ll carefully pack it and send it on its way. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your parcel has been dispatched.
When will my order arrive?
Our current estimated dispatch date is mid-November.
Please remember this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Occasionally, manufacturing, quality checks or shipping delays can affect our timeline.
If anything changes, we’ll communicate with you as soon as possible.
What if my preorder is delayed?
We understand that waiting longer than expected can be disappointing, and we never want you to feel left in the dark.
If your preorder experiences a significant delay, we’ll contact you with an updated timeframe and your available options.
As a little thank-you for your patience, we may also offer a special discount or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law will always be respected, including any applicable rights to a refund.
Can I cancel my preorder?
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us at admin@littlemindsau.com.
We’ll help you with your request in accordance with our cancellation policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If we’re unable to supply your order within the agreed timeframe or a reasonable time, you’ll have access to the remedies required by Australian Consumer Law.
